Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MSRA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MSRA data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MSRA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MSRA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and KIRP are the cancer types where MSRA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
