Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,446 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R2A, DPYSL2, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with MSRA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRA-to-partner and partner-to-MSRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSRA versus PPP2R2A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
