Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,891 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1B2, SLC25A37, and RIPOR2. Each is linked with MSRA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRA-to-partner and partner-to-MSRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSRA versus ATP6V1B2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
