Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, STAT3_pY705, and Tuberin. Each is linked with MSRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRA-to-partner and partner-to-MSRA results are reported.
