MSRA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,969 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB8, ERI1, and R3HCC1. Each is linked with MSRA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRA-to-partner and partner-to-MSRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSRA versus SERPINB8 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
