Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1 and BPIFA1. Each is linked with MSRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRA-to-partner and partner-to-MSRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCER1 grouped by MSRA-low versus MSRA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
