Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB1, CD33, and MS4A6A. Each is linked with MSR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSR1-to-partner and partner-to-MSR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSR1 versus LILRB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
