MSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC7, EXOSC3, and LSM3. Each is linked with MSR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSR1-to-partner and partner-to-MSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC7 grouped by MSR1-low versus MSR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
