MSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 169 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D5, PROP1, and SRARP. Each is linked with MSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSR1-to-partner and partner-to-MSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1D5 grouped by MSR1-low versus MSR1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
