MSN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,649 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, PLS3, and C1R. Each is linked with MSN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSN-to-partner and partner-to-MSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSN versus CNN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
