MSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, GCAT, and PITX3. Each is linked with MSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSN-to-partner and partner-to-MSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2L8 grouped by MSN-low versus MSN-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
