Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV3D-34, TRIM51HP, and MTND6P12. Each is linked with MSL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL3-to-partner and partner-to-MSL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV3D-34 grouped by MSL3-low versus MSL3-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
