MSI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,715 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, SNRNP40, and ADNP. Each is linked with MSI2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSI2-to-partner and partner-to-MSI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSI2 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
