MSI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01848, RNU1-75P, and RN7SL250P. Each is linked with MSI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSI1-to-partner and partner-to-MSI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01848 grouped by MSI1-low versus MSI1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
