Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,931 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, RNU6-1067P, and PTMAP4. Each is linked with MSH6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH6-to-partner and partner-to-MSH6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP9 grouped by MSH6-low versus MSH6-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
