Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,717 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome condensation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Double-strand break repair. Each is linked with MSH6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH6-to-partner and partner-to-MSH6 results are reported.
