MSH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,398 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM229B, POMGNT2, and FBXW10. Each is linked with MSH6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH6-to-partner and partner-to-MSH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM229B grouped by MSH6-low versus MSH6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
