MSH5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,853 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTL6A_S233, CPSF3, and DHX9. Each is linked with MSH5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH5-to-partner and partner-to-MSH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
