Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR62, RN7SL237P, and UBE2L3. Each is linked with MSH5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH5-to-partner and partner-to-MSH5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
