Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,201 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chiasma assembly, De novo centriole assembly, and De novo centriole assembly involved in multi-ciliated epithelial cell differentiation. Each is linked with MSH5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH5-to-partner and partner-to-MSH5 results are reported.
