Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 243 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PZP, KCNG4, and CRX. Each is linked with MSH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH4-to-partner and partner-to-MSH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PZP grouped by MSH4-low versus MSH4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
