MSH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,894 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPRC, TBCA, and BTK. Each is linked with MSH3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH3-to-partner and partner-to-MSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSH3 versus PTPRC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
