Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,585 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD17, AGGF1, and TTC37. Each is linked with MSH3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH3-to-partner and partner-to-MSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSH3 versus RAD17 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
