Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,204 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Mitotic recombination, and Dihydrofolate metabolic process. Each is linked with MSH3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH3-to-partner and partner-to-MSH3 results are reported.
