MSH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,331 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100G, GCH1, and IRF2. Each is linked with MSH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH3-to-partner and partner-to-MSH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S100G grouped by MSH3-low versus MSH3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
