MSC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,306 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIPOR1, PCOLCE, and C1R. Each is linked with MSC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSC-to-partner and partner-to-MSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSC versus RIPOR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
