MSC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNLL1P6, BUB3, and AIMP1. Each is linked with MSC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSC-to-partner and partner-to-MSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNLL1P6 grouped by MSC-low versus MSC-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
