MSC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1, ARGFX, and OR2W1. Each is linked with MSC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSC-to-partner and partner-to-MSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA1 grouped by MSC-low versus MSC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
