MS4A8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR3, DDAH1, and TSPAN8. Each is linked with MS4A8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A8-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A8 versus AGR3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
