MS4A8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A8-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, GSK3-a-b, and MEK1. Each is linked with MS4A8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A8-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by MS4A8-low versus MS4A8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
