The most reproducible MS4A8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor-mediated endocytosis of virus by host cell, Positive regulation of purine nucleotide biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MS4A8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A8-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A8 results are reported.
