MS4A6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,273 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A6A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PTPN7, and DEF6. Each is linked with MS4A6A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A6A-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A6A versus PSMB10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
