Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A6A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MS4A6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A, LAIR1, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with MS4A6A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A6A-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A6A versus MS4A4A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
