Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 383 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP39, KLHL4, and C5. Each is linked with MS4A4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A4A-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A4A results are reported.
