MS4A4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,147 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Negative regulation of ruffle assembly, and Negative regulation of peptidase activity. Each is linked with MS4A4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A4A-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by MS4A4A-low versus MS4A4A-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 1,147 associations by consensus.
