The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher MS4A12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MS4A12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG and UCEC are the cancer types where MS4A12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
