Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MS4A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD7, AAGAB, and TRIP4. Each is linked with MS4A12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A12-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A12 versus PSMD7 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
