MS4A12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP32, MTATP6P7, and BOLA3P3. Each is linked with MS4A12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A12-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP32 grouped by MS4A12-low versus MS4A12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
