Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are cIAP, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with MS4A12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A12-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A12 results are reported.
