Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 540 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Geranyl diphosphate metabolic process, SNARE complex disassembly, and Neutral lipid catabolic process. Each is linked with MS4A12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A12-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A12 results are reported.
