MRTO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRTO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,474 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, NCAPH, and SMC2. Each is linked with MRTO4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTO4-to-partner and partner-to-MRTO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRTO4 versus RRM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRTO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRTO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
