MRTO4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRTO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,691 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRTO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, NCAPD2, and MCM4. Each is linked with MRTO4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRTO4-to-partner and partner-to-MRTO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRTO4 versus GINS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRTO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRTO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
