MRS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,074 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2A, XPO5, and NUP153. Each is linked with MRS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRS2 versus PRRC2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
