The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MRRF Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRRF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and SARC are the cancer types where MRRF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
