MRRF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRRF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, ANP32B, and SSNA1. Each is linked with MRRF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRRF versus FUBP3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
