MRRF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRRF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are NANS, BEST1, and PRKD1. Each is linked with MRRF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRRF versus NANS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
