Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC58P2, RN7SL837P, and RN7SL836P. Each is linked with MRRF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRRF results are reported.
