Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRRF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,132 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRRF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Mitochondrial RNA processing. Each is linked with MRRF in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRRF-to-partner and partner-to-MRRF results are reported.
