Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS9-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,972 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS9-AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Inner mitochondrial membrane organization, and Amino acid activation. Each is linked with MRPS9-AS2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS9-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS9-AS2 results are reported.
