MRPS7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,315 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, RFC1_T506, and KPNA2. Each is linked with MRPS7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS7-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS7 versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
